3. Orders & Payments
- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other approved methods.
- In case of online bookings, confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
4. Installation & Service
- Tyre fitting, wheel alignment, balancing, and other services will be performed by our trained technicians.
- While we take utmost care during service, Vaishnav Tyres and Services is not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
5. Warranty & Claims
- Warranty on tyres, batteries, and other products is provided by the respective manufacturer.
- Any warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- We will assist in the warranty process but the final decision rests with the manufacturer.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Products once fitted/used cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Service charges are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Vaishnav Tyres and Services will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by improper use of products or negligence after delivery.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain delays, weather conditions).
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Any personal information collected (such as name, phone number, email) will be used only for providing services and will not be shared without consent.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
